EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and purchase an eligible product from No Dirt Golf online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Withdrawal period. For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Special timing rules may apply where goods from one order are delivered separately.

How to withdraw. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an unequivocal statement at Help@nodirtgolf.com informing us of your decision to withdraw.

Return of goods. After notifying us of your withdrawal, send eligible goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw to:

Return costs. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising a change-of-mind/right-of-withdrawal return, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If No Dirt Golf sent an incorrect item or the product is defective, No Dirt Golf will be responsible for the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds. If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse payments due under applicable consumer law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for the relevant order where required. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement will generally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Handling and diminished value. You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a retail store. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Personalized products. Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right where permitted by applicable law. This includes eligible products personalized through our Design Your Own feature with a customer's name, initials, custom text, custom logo, or other customer-selected personalization. This exception does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming products.
